Where we ship
We ship to addresses in the United States. Please enter a complete street address at checkout.
Shipping rates
- Standard shipping: a flat $4.99 on orders under $35.
- Free shipping: on orders of $35 or more, after discounts.
The final shipping cost is always shown at checkout before you pay.
Delivery time
Delivery can take up to 15 days from the day you place your order. For Halloween, order by October 15. Orders placed after that date may arrive after Halloween.
Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees. Carrier delays, weather and high seasonal volume can add time.
Order confirmation and tracking
You'll receive an email when you place your order and another when it ships, with tracking information when it's available.
Multiple items
Items in one order can arrive in separate packages and on different days.
Address changes and cancellations
If you need to fix an address or cancel an order, email info.ajshop01@gmail.com as soon as possible. We can only change or cancel an order that hasn't shipped yet.
Lost or damaged packages
If your package doesn't arrive or arrives damaged, contact us with your order number and we'll make it right. See our Returns & Refunds page for details.
Taxes
Sales tax, when it applies, is calculated at checkout.
