Where do you ship? To addresses in the United States only.
How much is shipping? Free on orders of $28 or more, after discounts. Every piece of jewelry is above that amount, so it ships free.
How long will delivery take? Our estimate is 7–12 business days from the day you order. You'll get a tracking email as soon as your order ships.
Will it arrive before Christmas? Order by December 3 for Christmas delivery. Orders placed after that date may arrive after Christmas. Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees.
Can I ship a gift straight to someone? Yes. Enter their name and address as the shipping address at checkout.
Moissanite and materials
Is moissanite a diamond? No. Moissanite (silicon carbide) is its own gemstone, created in a lab. It is very hard (about 9.25 on the Mohs scale) and known for its brilliance, but it is not a diamond and we never sell it as one.
What metal is it? 925 sterling silver. The gold-tone necklace is sterling silver with a gold-tone plating.
Is there a certificate? The solitaire necklace and the tennis bracelet include a GRA moissanite certificate card.
How do I care for it? Take it off for swimming, showering and the gym, keep it away from perfume and lotion, and wipe it with a soft cloth.
Which bracelet size should I choose? Measure the wrist and add about half an inch. Most women wear 6.5 in or 7 in.
Returns
Can I return or exchange an item? Yes, within 14 days after delivery, unworn and in its original packaging. If something arrives damaged, defective or wrong, email us with a photo and we'll make it right. See Returns & Refunds.
Payment
Is checkout secure? Yes. Payment runs on Shopify's encrypted checkout. We never see or store your full card details.
