Returns & Refunds

Return window

You can request a return any time until October 29, 2026, two days before Halloween. After that date returns are closed so we can keep inventory moving for the season.

Condition of the item

Items should be unused and in the condition you received them, with their original packaging when possible.

How to start a return

Email info.ajshop01@gmail.com with your order number and the item(s) you'd like to return.
We'll reply within 1-2 business days, Monday through Friday, with the return instructions and address.
Please don't send items back before we confirm the return, because returns sent without confirmation can't be processed.

Damaged, defective or wrong items

Please check your order when it arrives. If an item is damaged, defective or not what you ordered, contact us right away with your order number and a photo. We'll fix it, and we cover the return shipping regardless of the date.

Items we can't accept back

We can't accept returns of gift cards, hazardous materials, flammable liquids or gases. Batteries are not included with products that need them and are not part of any return.

Exchanges

The fastest way to get a different item is to return the one you have and place a new order for the item you want.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll email you to tell you whether the refund is approved. If it is, it goes back to your original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank or card issuer may take additional time to post it. If more than 15 business days pass after we approved your return, contact us at info.ajshop01@gmail.com.

European Union orders

If your order ships within the European Union, you have 14 days from the day you receive it to cancel or return it for any reason, under the EU right of withdrawal.
