Where do you ship?
We ship to addresses in the United States.
How much is shipping?
Standard shipping is a flat $4.99. Orders of $35 or more ship free.
How long will delivery take?
Delivery can take up to 15 days from the day you order. To have your order before Halloween, place it by October 15. We'll email you when your order ships, with tracking details when they're available.
Returns
Can I return or exchange an item?
Yes. You can send an item back any time until October 29, 2026. If something arrives damaged, defective or not what you ordered, we cover the return shipping. Email us to start a return and we'll send you the instructions. See our Returns & Refunds policy for the details.
Products
Do the LED masks come with batteries?
No. Each mask runs on two AAA batteries, which are not included.
Which colors and sizes are available?
Options are listed on each product page. Some items come in several colors, sizes or styles, and the photo changes when you choose an option that has its own picture.
Payments and discounts
What payment methods do you accept?
Major credit and debit cards and PayPal, all through Shopify's encrypted checkout. We never see or store your full card details.
Are there discounts?
Buy 2 items from our Halloween collection and save 10%. Buy 3 or more and save 15%. Both are applied automatically at checkout. The code HALLOWEEN7 gives 7% off.
